Japanese Mascots

Pi-ta-kun and Natsumi-chan are two of the four mascots of the Chiba Prefectural Family Court. They were designed by a clerk employed by the court service and their profile is here. At the same web page can be seen the two other characters, Judge-kun and Fair-chan, who were designed by a judge. Pi-ta-kun’s name in Japanese is ピー太くん. Natsumi-chan’s name in Japanese is ナツ実ちゃん.
